78th Birthday of our Guru Besar/Pendekar
On the first of march 2006, our grandmaster had reached the respectable age of 78 years. He celebrated this on the 5th of march in a party centre in Eindhoven. Of course several Pencak Silat performances could not be missing.
These are the schools that performed: Paguron Mande Muda Mawar Suci, Den Bosch, Perguruan P.S. Manyang, Zaandam, Perguruan Nusahitu Solemata, Ridderkerk.

About 100 inviters were present: family, students Pencak Silat with their parents, students of Bahasa Indonesia, old students of Pencak Silat, members of the Dewan Guru and Dewan Sesepuh. Moreover a delegation from the Indonesian Embassy was represent: attaché of education and culture bapak Moh. Muhadjir M.A. and bapak Lilik of the Public Relations Department with a camera. He filmed Paatje and this is already broadcasted on Indonesian television.

The presence of the Embassy and the guru's encourage Paatje to continue to revive the Seni Budaya Indonesia in Holland.
The perguruan thanks all visitors for their contribution to this successful party.

79th Birthday of our Guru Besar/Pendekar

For the next birthday of Paatje, we choose the same accomodation like te year before. Initially we were not planning a celebration. Paatje even didn´t want to party this year.

Even though Gijs got the idea to check out our performance. And this could be a nice occasion. So we planned it at the last minute, three weeks before. It was kind of a try-out for next year, if Paatje could reach the honourable age of 80. About 80 people were present on this Sunday afternoon. We are very grateful for them visiting, though the weather was really nice. Again these schools were present: Paguron Mande Muda Mawar Suci, Den Bosch, Perguruan P.S. Manyang, Zaandam, Perguruan Nusahitu Solemata, Ridderkerk.

Our performance consisted of two parts: a Tjimande Tari Kolot K.D.H.B. part, followed by a jaipong dance (picture). And a PAMUR Madura part. Each with their own clothing. It was like what we did in Indonesia, summer 2006.
